Using “Crystal Nectar” Vibrational Essences

 

 

Intuitively select an essence by running your hand/fingers over them, when one speaks to you pull it and use in the following ways. 

 

Add to your drinking water- See bottle for instruction.

 

Place 4 drops 3 times a day sublingually.

 

Use in bath- Place 7 drops in to a water bottle full of pure spring water or filtered water, shake then add entire bottle to bath water.  Soak until water cools.

 

Anointing- put a few drops in your hand or on your fingers and anoint your heart space and breathe in the energy of love into that space.  Feel free to use your internal guide to anoint other places on your body. Use for specific areas of the body that are having trouble.

 

Space clearing- Put 7 drops in a spray bottle full of pure water, spray liberally in area to be cleared, include your self in the clearing.

 

Land anointing - place 7 drops on the land, stone, grass, parking lots, mountain sides, tree bases etc...

 

Allow this to be an experiential experience, center yourself then allow your body to talk to you and respond to the essence.  Feel free to allow spirit to inspire you, use them with an open heart and mind to let your spirit soar.
